Pine View Storage is a self-storage facility at 4745 US Hwy 190 in Livingston, Texas. We serve residents and businesses across Polk County, including Onalaska, Blanchard, and West Livingston. Our Facility

We built Pine View Storage to be clean, secure, and straightforward. No gimmicks, no complicated contracts. Units are ready to rent online in minutes, and you can move in completely on your own without ever visiting the office, including after hours. The facility sits on US Hwy 190, 2.5 miles west of Walmart, next door to our sister property Livingston Storage.

Storage Options

Climate-controlled indoor units

with motion LED lighting, available from 5x5 up to 10x20. These units stay between 55 and 80 degrees year-round, protecting furniture, electronics, documents, and anything sensitive to East Texas heat and humidity.

Drive-up non-climate

units for tools, lawn equipment, seasonal items, and household goods you need quick access to.

Outdoor gated parking

for boats, RVs, trailers, and vehicles. Spots up to 45 feet long, no size restrictions for most rigs. Same keypad access and HD camera coverage as the rest of the facility.

Facility Features

Fully fenced perimeter with a single controlled entry point. 24/7 HD video surveillance covering the entire property. Personalized keypad gate access for every tenant. Wide concrete drive lanes. Gate access 6 AM to 10 PM daily, seven days a week. Packing boxes and supplies available for purchase on site.
